Showcase FORMA on GitHub and prepare v0.1.0

Make FORMA reviewable directly from GitHub without deploying the storefront. The README now leads with a compact animated preview and links to a versioned local setup, an expanded bilingual case study and the v0.1.0 showcase download.

• Add a 16-second, 0.8 MB GIF assembled from existing captured UI screens; retain the full MP4 and expandable static screenshots.
• Explain engineering decisions and tradeoffs with links to implementation and tests.
• Add a self-contained HTML presentation and release notes for v0.1.0. The release will include the offline media kit, MP4, GIF and checksums.

Validation: GIF decodes successfully; all relative documentation links and local HTML assets/anchors resolve; presentation has no remote scripts, fonts or media; ZIP integrity and safe file paths checked. Direct file:// browser preview was unavailable because the browser tool blocks local-file URLs. No application behavior or deployment configuration changes.
