• Add AOT support. Compatible with ahead-of-time native code compilation

Improvements

• Source generation is ~20% faster. better experience in visual studio editor

Fixes

• IBT playback ran slower than specified speed
• PlayerIncidents did not return IncidentFlags type
• More than one [RequiredTelemetryVars] class in a project caused issues with source generation
• [RequiredTelemetryVars(null)] no longer throws exceptions
• Project targets .net 8, but source generator referenced a .net 10 roslyn assembly
