On sssd-2-13, converted coverage matches master: same 15 tests removed, same pytest.ini cleanup, and no extra converted cases in IPA or elsewhere. Nothing new to drop on that branch.

Drop @pytest.mark.converted cases from alltests and ad so the legacy
suites no longer duplicate coverage that lives in the new framework.

alltests, ad, and ipa pytest.ini files.
