- CHANGELOG: add 0.20.0 section (Q6_K matmul, Q4_K/Q6_K lazy transpose, SDPA recording + StableHLO lowering, SDPA shape validation, dep bumps).
- README: bump Quickstart coordinates to 0.20.0 and refresh "What's New".
- gradle.properties: drop -SNAPSHOT and enable RELEASE_SIGNING_ENABLED.
