…g resolved Records the P7/P8 research answers so the decisions survive the issues: placement is resolver-owned (AllocationResolver, user-wins precedence); eager lifetime is the Scope split, now wired at creation; graph-level memory planning would duplicate the downstream compiler — core decides and carries, and sk.ainet.lang.memory is never imported into skainet-compile (the TensorSpecEncoding untyped-metadata precedent is the carriage mechanism).
