…ecture design record and M0–M2 roadmap SKEEP-003 moves from Draft to Accepted: a new Decision section records the thirteen design decisions (storage-first end-state delivered incrementally via façades; Storage / TensorView / Tensor naming; decoding get(); (head, tail) KV windows; Encoding.activation; Phase-2 access-path benchmark; suspend source placement; axis labels; structured TensorId; activation ids; 2 GB planner profile; debugger surface; LogicalDType → DType merge), the open questions are annotated as resolved, and the references point at the roadmap trackers #1001 (M0), #1002 (M1), #1003 (M2) under umbrella #932. The full proposal (rev. 2) and the M0/M1/M2 milestone PRD are committed under docs/design/memory/ with their cross-references updated to repository paths and issues (the kernel contract sample is a deliverable of #1027; the infographic reference is dropped). Umbrella #932 → milestone trackers #1001 (M0 — Know before you load), #1002 (M1 — Flat decode), #1003 (M2 — 1.58-bit on a 2 GB board), each with

One slice = onefeature/<issue>-<slug>branch = one PR;developstays usable after every merge (additive / façade / opt-in, deprecate-don't-delete, BCV dumps, full test gate before each PR).Phase P7 (compiled parity) and P8 (façade removal) follow M2 and are not yet filed.
