SCiO is a Greek deep-tech company, founded in 2019 and based at the Lefkippos Technology Park of NCSR "Demokritos" in Athens, Greece. We build AI-driven data analytics platforms, FAIR scientific data infrastructures and geospatial decision-support systems for research institutions, enterprises and international organizations.
We work across the full data lifecycle, from collection and cleaning to analysis and deployable models, because data quality is the foundation of every successful AI system. Our models are designed to learn from less data, which makes them practical in domains where large datasets simply don't exist.

| dataLABS | Research compute without the infrastructure headache. Teams run JupyterLab and RStudio workspaces in the browser, from 2 vCPU up to 256 vCPU / 512 GB, with no clusters to manage. Compute is billed only while a workspace runs, and idle workspaces shut down automatically. Project budgets, alerts and per-grant cost reporting keep spending predictable, and data stays in the EU. Builds on CGLabs, which serves 250+ researchers in the CGIAR ecosystem. |
| Xdeep | Deep learning for predictive analytics, without the guesswork. Xdeep automatically finds the minimum neural network architecture needed to model a problem, so data scientists don't spend cycles on trial-and-error tuning. The resulting models stay compact and generalize well, avoiding overfitting, vanishing gradients and random weight initialization, and can train on as little as one tenth of the data typically required. Models are created, published as APIs for real-time predictions and monitored from one place. Available as a self-service platform or as data science as a service. |
