docs/dependencies.md wasn't matched by any toctree glob in docs/index.rst, so Sphinx emitted a "not included in any toctree" warning. With fail_on_warning: true in .readthedocs.yaml, that warning failed the build. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
