• document Slack automation reports using Markdown headers and action controls
• explain sanitized, structured tool details in task transcripts
• describe Notion Memory discovery for nested pages and data-source content that search can miss
• clarify how agents mention recalled insights without exposing internal provenance

Why this change was made

A review of user-facing changes merged during the previous 24 hours found these four places where the public documentation no longer fully matched shipped behavior.

Impact

Users and operators get accurate guidance for automation reports, task transcript details, Notion collection coverage, and Memory-informed responses. No product behavior changes.
