Environment
PC 1: 9800X3D, AMD RX 9070 XT, 32 GB RAM
PC 2: i7-14700KF, RTX 4070 SUPER, 32 GB RAM
Both devices are in the same LAN. This issue happens both in LAN only and via Steam code.
Problem description
Right after joining, the game runs smoothly, but stuttering gradually becomes apparent during the next minute.
At a very consistent interval of around 0,5 to 1 seconds, there is a stutter that freezes the viewport for just a few milliseconds each time.
This issue however only affects the client – the host is not affected by this. We tried hosting the same save game on each of the devices, with the other party joining and experiencing this issue.
I'm assuming this is some kind of sync packet the client receives from the host, but can't be sure.
