Research maps could flatten valid experiment histories into disconnected vertical lists because the canvas ignored derivations recorded between Runs. It also ignored the declared current focus, while schema validation gave no indication that a project lacked research synthesis.
This change projects recorded Run relationships onto their owning Cells without changing stored identities or evidence, defaults to the declared main line with access to all history, and preserves research lane names. It adds read-only organization review hints to context, validation and exported/live presentation data, and updates the Skill to distinguish research reasoning, implementation flow and the run ledger. Review hints do not certify scientific quality or require invented lineage for independent studies.
Focus handling also covers Run targets, hierarchy ancestors, archived declarations and unsupported targets. Repeated projection retains the original Run provenance.
Normalize two existing path assertions so Windows short temporary-directory names and resolved paths compare consistently in CI. Production path handling is unchanged.
