5e1974f — terminal Phase-II synthesis on agent/phase-ii.

Scientific outcome

Outcome U3: correspondence lattice.

Two restricted predictive subgraphs survive:

  • Local deterministic retraction sensitivity: categorical entropy/Fisher to Burg log-barrier mirror geometry via a zero-fit second-order mutation-response law.
  • Finite-sample conditional-mean diagnostics: Gaussian rank-mu to contextual empirical-Fisher control, then contextual control to sequential Euclidean particle-filter inference via explicitly scoped no-refit diagnostics.

No nontrivial single quantitative estimand spans the full graph. This is broader than a Fisher-only island and narrower than a unified adaptive theory.

Phase-II report summary SHA-256 values are 0748482b3796b861267fdb5781bab11605cfc82263e4a6fdbd206df4b96acd6c (ACL-006), b03ba716bcfd8bfbb1e73a64202b11d605812d081c88d2d9077f334032d34166 (ACL-007), and 403c69904842d0d09ef6d9091b3e5133d684e0a25a084748b5e415770a84b0a1 (ACL-008).

Current executable capabilities

The repository contains transparent float64 reference implementations, independent oracles, locked one-shot runners, artifact-only post-confirmatory analyzers, bridge/theorem/structural-distance ledgers, and machine-checked terminal provenance for ACL-002 through ACL-008.

Verification at accepted head

  • 220 tests pass.
  • Ruff passes.
  • Total coverage is 84%.
  • Source distribution and wheel build.
  • Every ACL-002 through ACL-008 evidence artifact and every Phase-II report summary matches its recorded SHA-256.
  • Local and remote branch heads agree exactly.

Remaining exclusions

The evidence does not support a universal adaptive process, support-free truth certification, a uniform large-perturbation radius, or a global numeric law spanning deterministic curvature and stochastic estimator-error nodes. ACL-004 remains primarily theorem/software reproduction. ACL-006 remains within the contextual estimator family. ACL-008 retains simplex state and objective semantics. No neural or LLM experiment has been scientifically earned.
