docs(profile): kill Written plan name, lock architecture artifact bundle

Why

Joshua/CEO catalog lock 2026-08-30 ~10:01 PM ET. Live profile/README.md on main still sold Written plan at $3,500 and opened with “I take paid work on a site, a booking flow, or a written plan.”

This repo is RevealUIStudio/.github and holds profile/README.md (the GitHub profile copy). There is no test integration branch here, so this PR targeted main.

What changed

profile/README.md only:

• Kill the Written plan name
• Lock the public studio menu to Hour $300, Architecture artifact bundle and review $3,500, Launch $7,500
• State that the prototype is inside the $3,500 bundle (not a fourth SKU)
• Booking stays Google Calendar (not Cal.com)
• Do not use Written plan, Spec, demo, or Architecture Review
• No ads, no cases, no new SKUs

Verification

This is live-source copy on GitHub even if github.com/RevealUIStudio does not render it. RevealUIStudio is a User account today. GitHub only renders profile/README.md from .github for organizations. RevealUIStudio/RevealUIStudio does not exist, so github.com/RevealUIStudio currently shows the standard user profile with no README. Merging this file does not change the live user homepage until the account is an org (or a username README repo is created). This PR rewrites the only in-repo profile copy; it does not invent a second profile repo.

Merge note

Created as a draft against main with the instruction to leave it open (CEO: flag live, no promote). I did not merge it. RevealUIStudio marked it ready and merged via the GitHub UI at 2026-08-31T02:05:37Z (merge commit e61fb1009a46c1079e9dd84b3ad3542a2cc1e5bf). Current state is MERGED, not left open.

Out of scope

• RevealUIStudio/revealui and RevealUIStudio/agency untouched
• No ads, no cases, no fourth SKU
