rusty_flac moved to 0.2.0; this is the house FLAC encoder for the chip, behind the `flac` feature with `default-features = false, features = ["libm"]` so host and chip stay bit-identical. Verified: cargo check -p rusty_esp_audio-core --features flac builds against 0.2.0 -- the feature is what actually pulls the dependency in.
