Stability has been red on main since 2026-06-15 — the Cargo Deny docker action can't install the pinned musl toolchain and can't resolve the
converge-coresibling checkout. Replaced with the runner-env pattern the blocking-audit job already uses (dtolnay toolchain + taiki-e install-action +cargo deny check).The CI/Coverage reds since 06-13 were converge sibling drift (
Mnemos::proposed_fact_forE0599) that has since healed upstream — the workspace compiles clean against today's converge locally, and I've triggered reruns of the failed runs to confirm.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
