Overview
Adds a new showcase/crm-helm Rust binary that demonstrates Runtime Runway + Helms composing a thin CRM app (Plan A / RFL-148 extraction from atelier).

The crate vendors copied prio protos and compiles them locally via build.rs (server-only tonic), avoiding cross-workspace proto paths. It wires an AppExecutionPacket with seven mounted Helm modules (crm.parties through crm.metadata) and a shared InMemoryKernelStore so CRM writes are visible across services, plus local StorageKit for Runway storage.

Domain logic is split out of helms/application-server: each area has a tonic *Grpc implementation backed by application-kernel / application-storage, shared proto ↔ kernel helpers in shared.rs, and a minimal HelmModule wrapper (module IDs + empty init; store is passed at mount time but not used inside the module structs yet). main builds RunwayAppHost and calls serve(); TruthCatalog mounting is explicitly deferred.

Also lands stub placeholders (truths.rs, workbench.rs) and unwired truth-runtime sources under src/truths/ (marked NOT YET WIRED, depend on converge-* / truth_catalog not declared in this crate’s Cargo.toml).
