feat: add experimental tree command with agent index

What/Why/How?

Adds the experimental tree command: it turns an API description into a navigable index, so a human can see its structure and an agent can work with a description far larger than a context window.

Selection is typed (--tag, --path, --webhook, --operation, --component + --name, --file, --find, --pointer), and every result carries its defining file and line range. Output is stylish, json, or ai — plain text for agents, where each view ends with a next: line naming the flags that continue from it.

Reference

Testing

• Unit tests in core (graph, selection, views, used-by, deps, pointers) and in the CLI (selector routing, printers against exact strings).
• E2e pins every view and format, including the agent loop on a split multi-file fixture and the selector-error exit code.
• Docs examples are captured real CLI output, checked against the command on every change.
