Thank you for reporting this. The issue is the command to set a custom island spawn point has not been added to the help menu yet; I will work on fixing this very soon. The command you're looking for is /is customspawn. Just stand on your island zone where you want players to spawn for the first time on their islands and run the command. It should be run after /is setzone <1/2> and before /is updatezone
