How does it work if multiple clients use different AITER commits? Should it maintain set of patches for every file?

I wonder if we could have a set of patches for different "verified" commits. Only those verified commits are supported, but you can still try to build on an off-commit as long as you specify which set of patches to use? |

Motivation
Updates patches to merge cleanly for newer AITER commit, and includes additional third_party specification required by AITER.
