Add SBD NSYS-driven NCU profile flow

Summary

• add opt-in SBD NSYS discovery and NCU plan/profile flow in a dedicated SBD profile helper
• map BK_PROFILER=ncu / SBD_PROFILER_TOOL=ncu from the SBD run wrapper while keeping ordinary timing unprofiled
• keep SBD build untouched and run wrapper changes limited to sourcing/configuring the helper, invoking the optional flow, and attaching generated mult artifacts
• allow comma-separated section/overlap artifact paths so one section can reference multiple measurement archives
