Use NVHPC modules for QWS on MiyabiG

Summary

• switch QWS MiyabiG builds to the NVHPC/HPC-X module stack
• build MiyabiG with the NVHPC QWS compiler settings used on Grace-based NVIDIA systems
• load the same module stack for the MiyabiG run launcher and keep MiyabiC unchanged

Validation
