QuickCasa is an AI leasing platform for property managers and leasing teams. It answers, qualifies and converts rental leads across phone, SMS, email, web chat, WhatsApp and social media. We're based in Kitchener, Ontario.
These are small tools we've released for anyone to use. None of them needs a QuickCasa account or our servers.
- accessibility-widget: an accessibility toolbar you add to any website with one script tag. Visitors can change contrast, text size and spacing, underline links, highlight keyboard focus and reduce motion. It makes no network requests. Live demo | npm
- eslint-config: the ESLint
rules we hold our own JavaScript and TypeScript to, such as no
anytype, full-word names and braces on everyif. It uses ESLint 10's flat config and leaves formatting to Prettier. npm - rubs-calculator: a RUBS (ratio utility billing) calculator that splits a building's utility bill across its units by occupants, square footage or bedrooms, and shows the formula behind every charge. It's a TypeScript library with a calculator page that runs in the browser. Calculator | npm
Each project is MIT licensed unless its LICENSE file says otherwise.
