Closes #1826.

The Table and Tree views printed the Dart debug string of some BSON values (the JSON view was right).

  • Binary: BsonBinary(deadbeef) -> Binary(0xdeadbeef), chip bin (Table type: Binary).
  • Regex: RegExp: pattern=^querya flags= and chip _RegExp -> /^querya/ (i, m, s flags when set), chip regex (Table type: Regex).
  • Int64 and Decimal were drawn in the plain foreground colour while Int32 / Double were green (they are not Dart num); all numeric types share the number colour now, with chips long and dec.

One place for the text, mongo_value_display.dart, used by both views. Tests for each. Not run locally (analyzer clean), CI will.
