Rebuild VIZ as the offline ETQ Visual Lab

• Replaces the legacy VIZ application with a dependency-free, offline ETQ Visual Lab.
• Reconstructs the exact ETQ-101 selected-root model and ETQ-303 tensor/CRT extension in browser-safe JavaScript.
• Adds switchable 101/303 exploration, exact graph fixtures, event inspection, and state/PNG export.
• Adds an interactive Matplotlib-style 3D atlas and ETQ spirograph with desktop and 320 px responsive layouts.
• Adds browser-local generated, microphone, and audio-file reactivity inspired by E8_MUSIC.
• Adds deterministic Matplotlib SVG previews and a clickable README launch surface.
• Replaces the old automation with exact fixture verification and GitHub Pages deployment.

Why

The repository is intentionally rebuilt from a clean tree so it can serve as one focused, playable ETQ explainer while retaining the old history through Git. The UI visibly separates exact mathematical/model fixtures from authored projection and audio receivers.

This is a draft because it replaces the repository surface. The prior main commit remains intact and recoverable. After merge, the Pages workflow publishes the README play link at https://qsolkcb.github.io/VIZ/.
