2026-07-19 — /idd-edit SKILL↔helper contract 靜態層（#163，形狀 c）

已 merge 至 main（PR #270）

  • #163 integration contract 層（8be146c，Plan tier 核准形狀 (c)）：新 suite idd-edit-contract — EMITTED 機械導出自 idd-edit-helper.py（single source，無第三份變數清單）；不變量 CONSUMED − DEFINED − EMITTED − ALLOWLIST = ∅ 封殺 #154 R1 B1/B2 的「fixtures 全綠、production 壞掉」class；emit-surface freeze（11 名）；checker seeded-violation 自證。SKILL 新 Contract 節。首跑抓到 IDD_CALLER → 歸類 #161 env 契約入 allowlist（GITHUB_REPO 刻意排除 — 那正是 B2）。(a) orchestrate.sh 抽取為觸發式升級。全 sweep 39 suites 0 fail。

過程紀錄

  • 共用 working-tree 競態：與並行 session（#269 branch）撞 tree — commit 一度落錯 branch，以 branch -f 修復自身 ref、未動對方 checkout；#183 tree-lock 教訓再次成立（git 操作前未 acquire lock）。本次 main 端 changelog 即經臨時 worktree 提交。
  • 發版協調：v2.100.0 版號已由 PR #271（#269 --type=reply）branch 認領且含本案 ancestry — #163 不另發版，v2.100.0 隨 #271 統一落地。

本 entry 為事後補記（2026-07-20）：實作 session 於 7-19 完成 merge / archive / 發版，changelog 與收尾機械段由後續 session 補完。

  • #269 idd-comment --type=reply（14516f9，Spectra add-idd-comment-reply-type，v2.100.0）：第 7 型 comment — recipient-facing 逐點回覆（對方原文 verbatim blockquote → 改了哪 → commit/PR SHA 錨定 → per-point 狀態）；必填 --points-from 三層解析；verify-before-claim per-point gate（6-AI verify R1 DA-1 HIGH 修正 ef61572）；perspective-writer soft integration + graceful degrade（與 superpowers hard-dependency 刻意相反）。6-AI R1 Aggregate PASS。
  • #272 reply layer-3 tier floor（2865a09，Spectra add-reply-thirdparty-tier-floor，v2.101.0）：#269 verify DA-3 缺口 — user-pasted 外部第三方逐字內容（唯一把新內容首次帶上 remote 的通道）最低 WARN + 顯式確認、unattended 拒發；gh-egress.sh 機械網第 4 項（marker-token 比對、零語意內容比對）。兩 change 均已 archive。

測試：40 suites 0 fail（gh-egress 60、idd-comment-reply 33 assertions）。

過程紀錄

  • 本波次與 #163（contract layer）在共用 working tree 上並行，發生 branch 競態（8be146c 一度落於 #269 branch）— 兩邊各自以 ref 修復收斂，merge 順序 #270 → #271 消解 ancestry。#183 tree-lock 教訓兩度成立。
  • #269/#272 的 close 機械尾段（body phase sync、dashboard 首發、本機 marketplace 同步）於 2026-07-20 補完。

2026-07-18 — Staleness sweep + guard 擴網（v2.99.1）＋ pai 治理深度整合（pai 2.20.0）

已 merge 至 main（PR #268）

  • #267 README pins + docs 回填 + guard 擴網：README 3 根 stale gpt-5.5 pin（其中 2 根是 guard 擴網後當場抓到、手掃漏掉的）+ stale vendored 敘述修正；docs/workflows.md + skill-dimensions.md 回填至 v2.99（五 path、matrix 三列含 pre-#122 legacy gap 的 idd-config、D12 第 4 員）。結構性防範雙向：model-generation-sync 網擴及 README + catalog docs（31 assertions）；新 suite docs-catalog-sync 要求每個 skills/*/ 目錄名出現在 catalog docs — #122 根因（無強制回填機制）從此 test-detectable（首 RED 即抓 idd-ask + idd-config）。全 sweep 38 suites 0 fail。v2.99.1 發版（今日第三版）。

生態系（使用者 mid-turn 裁決：pai 自家 skill 也必須深度整合 codex-pro）

  • pai 2.20.0（pai#23，已結案）：新 references/codex-governance.md（canonical 解析 + fail-fast）；code-review / academic-review / compose(--codex) 接線傳 codexModel/codexEffort；engine 與 bin/codex-call 的 baked default 降級為治理 snapshot（bump gpt-5.6-sol + authoritative 註記）；一手散文世代中立。生態系終態：世代 pin 唯一存在於 codex-pro defaults.json — pai 出 executable、codex-pro 出治理、IDD 與 pai skills 皆為 contract consumer。

2026-07-18 — /idd-ask 落地：surfacing family 第 4 員（v2.99.0）

已 merge 至 main（PR #266）

  • #72 /idd-ask（Spectra idd-ask-skill，opt-out → propose）：issue 知識庫 grounded 問答，鏡像 /spectra-ask。question → decide-to-search gate（bug 貌問題不觸發 diagnose）→ retrieval delegate idd-find backend（family「不重造唯讀查詢」鐵律首次用於 primitive 之間）→ top-N 全文（5／上限 10）→ grounded 合成：blockquote 原問題、claim 必附引用、source priority（closed-with-PR > open > orphaned comment）、分歧 surface、### Referenced Issues、查無誠實說查無（訓練記憶不是語料）。read-only allowed-tools 鎖定。

  • #140 增員程序首戰：三題判準的 Q3（delegate 消費者）弱命中 — 以 spectra-ask 同構先例（ask 類消費者本來就是人）judgment 開員，先例寫回 surfacing-primitives.md 供未來弱 Q3 候選參考。

2026-07-18 — codex 通道完全依賴化（v2.98.0，跨三 repo）

  • #264 codex channel full-dependency（228763d，Spectra codex-channel-dependency）：使用者裁決「完全依賴，跟 superpowers 一樣」。vendored bin/codex-call 刪除 — divergence audit 證實它落後 pai 2.18.0 四個安全/正確性修正（token-exp NSNumber parse、OAuth 檔 umask 0o077、form-encoding escape、flock 後 re-read），切換即淨升級。executable 歸 pai（PAI_CODEX_CALL，MIN_PAI → 2.19.0）；治理歸 codex-pro（MIN_CODEX_PRO=0.7.0：defaults.json 起底 + profile.yaml 兩層，fail-fast 無 soft fallback）；三處呼叫帶顯式治理值；IDD 樹內零 model pin。dependencies + allowCrossMarketplaceDependenciesOn + pre-flight 逐項對齊 superpowers 形狀（#209）。

  • Line B / PR #260 — #252 sdd_bias 開關（8e45053，Spectra sdd-bias-switch）：硬閘命中 sdd_bias: high 升 Spectra via hard-gate (sdd_bias)；default/absent/invalid 逐 byte 維持 Plan。#120 Layer V deferred-record（5340781）：registry literal unattended-auto-Step-3.4-layerV-deferred 三處鎖定；unattended 觸發寫結構化回補記錄，idd-all Phase 6 聚合。

9 issue 均已依 close ritual 結案（各自獨立 closing summary + body sync + dashboard 首發 — 後者是 #133 契約當日 dogfood）。3 個 Spectra change 已 archive（specs：complexity-hard-gate modified；idd-verify +3；idd-find +2 新 capability）。

測試：5 新 drift-guard suites，聚合器 36 suites 0 fail。v2.97.0 + idd-route v0.2.1 同日發版，marketplace 已同步。

2026-07-13 — gh-egress 硬化 cluster + idd-edit batch 語意（v2.96.0）

已 merge 至 main（PR #256 cluster + PR #257）

  • #227 exit-code band ≥10（ed0b738）：wrapper-origin 碼全遷專屬帶（10 privacy / 11 mention / 12 unscannable / 13 attestation / 14 usage）；不變式「wrapper 絕不自行 exit <10」→ $? 可分流 gate-refusal vs gh-failure。
  • #225 python3 統一掃描（82c948f）：消滅 jq/no-jq 雙路徑分歧；taxonomy = projects keys ∪ sensitive-key path values；fail-closed 寬網。
  • #226 Phase 2 rollout（8c01d13）：6 skill comment/edit egress 全接線 gh-egress（attestation + mention net 機械生效）；rollout drift-guard 24 assertions。
  • #158 idd-edit batch × R5（dda0cfc）：per-comment refuse + 繼續、Step 7.5 outcome report、exit 4 iff any refused；fixture 14。

四 issue 均已 close（獨立 closing summaries）。v2.96.0 同日發版。

2026-07-11 — Focused batch drain：freshness gate、IDD_CALLER registry、Discussions intake bridge

  • #228 idd-verify diff-freshness gate（PR #253，c487ac7）：凍結 diff 時記 FROZEN_SHA（PR mode 記 PR head oid），Step 2.9 於 merge/aggregate 前比對 — 不一致拒絕 aggregate、要求 re-freeze + delta round；「verify in-flight 不 commit、修復累積到 round 結束」升為正式紀律（DA-CRIT-1 事故機制化）。新 drift-guard verify-diff-freshness/（10 assertions）。
  • #161 IDD_CALLER registry（PR #254，b70475f）：新 references/idd-caller-registry.md（5 現值、reader 契約 fetched_by、unset fallback idd-skill、informal-validation 姿態）；drift-guard idd-caller-registry/ 做動態樹掃描 — 未登記新值即 RED。process-attachments.sh header cross-link。
