…ainURL 的兩個帳密回歸 (#613) b38 verify（Z2，R6）對 #613 的處置，逐則見 changelog/2026-10-15-b39-p2-fixes-613.md。 - plugin.json version 0.13.3 → 0.13.4（binary_version 不動，先例 afebc91、6f9d960d）： 送出 1e42ed5 與 f2a321e 改過而沒升版的 skill 文字（#729 的形狀重演）。 新測試 PluginShellVersionTests 把版號送出的殼內容記成摘要，內容改了而摘要沒重記就紅； 零實例表第 103 列。plugin/CHANGELOG.md 兩句「版號沒有動（skill 文字的改動）」改成實話。 - safariFailure：轉印第一個 Error: 行（進度與警告行不再頂替錯誤），說明另起一行並帶失敗的命令； JavaScript 對話框的兩種行不轉印頁面的字；說明改成實話。SKILL 的那一句搬到結束碼 1。 - plainURL：網址不在字串開頭時從第一個 :// 起去帳密；反斜線之後還有 @ 的 authority 印 <ambiguous-host>。 - SKILL 拿掉「一併收、待使用者確認」（清單不動，仍待裁決）；IdP 名字的出處誤植更正； work-sources.md 的步驟編號分清兩份清單。 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

~/.claude/plugins/cache/akashic/akashic-mcp/0.13.2/的沒有；兩邊 version 都是 0.13.2。#728 記錄的那次違規就是這個原因造成的。改動
