One paper multiple entries, one entry for multiple papers

How do we deal with the (rather common) that a paper changed the title or moved to a new place. Currently we do not consistently differentiate between the abstract notion of a periodical, which might have changing titles and places of publication, and the concrete manifestation in titles. My preference would be for the latter, as people look for specific titles.

However, the current encoding includes both approaches:

• t1r741 and t1r742 refer to the same periodical, whose title changed. Yet, we almost the same publication dates for both instances and thus create the impression that there were two titles published concomitantly.

@tillgrallert I have no solution now, I myself just added in remarks or in placeName more placeNames for moving. I suspect that this is a problem for a serious press project, which wants microhistorical accuracy at the meta-data level... perhaps revisit this when the site is done?
