The repository shipped no LICENSE file at all while Cargo.toml and the README both claimed MIT. With no licence text in the tree GitHub showed no licence and the work was effectively all-rights-reserved, so the two MIT claims had nothing behind them. The project is licensed GPL-3.0-or-later, so both claims were wrong as well as unbacked. - LICENSE: added, verbatim FSF GNU General Public License version 3 text, so the stated licence actually exists in the tree and GitHub can detect it. - Cargo.toml: license = "MIT" -> "GPL-3.0-or-later", the SPDX string that crates.io, cargo-deny and packaging tooling read. - README.md: the bare "MIT" under ## License now states GPL-3.0-or-later and links to the new LICENSE file. The JetBrains Mono Nerd Font files under assets/fonts/ are third-party assets and are untouched.
