Standard Colony icon set: icon.png (48x48, shown in the Colony app grid), icon.ico (Windows multi-size) and icon.icns (macOS), plus the colony.json "icon" key pointing Colony at the PNG.

Adds the standard Colony icon set under
assets/icons/—icon.png(48x48 pixel art, displayed in the Colony app grid),icon.ico(Windows, multi-size) andicon.icns(macOS) — and points thecolony.jsoniconfield at the PNG. No code changes; Colony fetches the icon from the default branch, so merging is enough (no release needed).
