Split out of #1287.
All versions newer than 1.20.3 reuse the 1.20.3 command tree. This adds the real vanilla trees for 1.20.5, 1.21.5, 1.21.6 and 26.1 (converted node for node from the data generator reports) and points the versions in between at the nearest older exact tree.
Left out on purpose: the 26.1/proto.yml from #1287. It no longer compiles to the current 26.1/protocol.json, and its Slot/void wire types go against the review outcome on #1298, which kept ItemStackTemplate and anonymousNbt. Happy to redo a 26.1 proto from the reviewed 26.2 one as a follow-up.
Full mocha suite passes (2043 passing, 0 failing).
