New Feature: Countdown Loop-Timer

• Integrated Tool: Added a new "Timer" tab to the bottom navigation bar for seamless access.

Cycling Countdown:

• Allows users to set custom countdown durations in minutes and seconds.
• Endless Loop: Added a toggle to automatically restart the timer after each interval, facilitating repetitive practice routines.

Audio Feedback:

• Triggers a 0.5s beep signal upon completion of every cycle.
• Included a dedicated toggle to enable or disable the beep sound.

Sleep Prevention:

• Implemented FLAG_KEEP_SCREEN_ON logic while the timer is running, ensuring the countdown remains visible without the phone entering sleep mode.

Feature: Session Date & Time Modification

Manual Adjustments:

• Users can now edit the Date and Time of existing practice sessions via the Fullscreen Edit panel.
