Account handover: handover context in
account-allocation.mdnow covers renewals: who on the customer side owns the renewal (champion or procurement) and how the last one went, added to the Vitally handover note list and the handover call checklist. Valid payment method on file is a single item in the self-serve research checklist.Trial credit sizing: a "How much credit is reasonable?" block under the existing Trial/Evaluation incentives section. Leads with crediting retroactively (credits aren't per-product, so upfront credits pad unrelated invoices), then sizing: timeboxed to 2-3 months of usage, capped, comfort test, loop in the owning team. The credits mechanics page points there. Deliberately doesn't state per-product amounts - official numbers for specific products (e.g. alpha/beta offers) should be confirmed with the owning team first.
Why: two sprint-planning follow-ups: renewal blockers kept tracing back to handovers missing renewal ownership context, and there was no written guidance on what a reasonable trial credit offer looks like.
