remove firmament (and firmament packet fix)

this might be the only mod that updates slower than skyhanni. I don't think it has any unique features that aren't being duplicated in other mods

@Wyvest opinions? Maybe it should be just disabled by default as some users may want it? but I think we should just look into firmament alternatives.

I am decently sure the firmament alternatives are already included in the oneclient modpack. maybe there's one or two really niche features but everything major is already done
