OptionValidationService declares private const int MAX_KEY_LENGTH and MIN_KEY_LENGTH: typed class constants are PHP 8.3 syntax, so on PHP 8.2, which composer.json allowed (^8.2), the class fails to parse. PHPStan now reads the minimum PHP version from composer.json and reports it, which is why static-analysis turned red (it was green on 17/09).

  • "php": "^8.3" (CI already runs 8.3 only; the framework requires 8.3)
  • composer phpstan:ci: no errors; pest: 35 passed

Should be tagged as v1.1.2 once merged.
