docs(skill): teach <InnerBlocks /> in Blade block templates - #5

Conversation
The framework (after v13.32.0-beta.8) lets a render.blade.php write <InnerBlocks />: the inner blocks are edited in place in the editor and printed in the tag's wrapper on the page. Generated dynamic blocks use the editor runtime window.pollora.blocks (bladeEdit, save) instead of ServerSideRender and () => null. The skill said to use ServerSideRender.

Follows Pollora/framework#350 (merged into develop, first released in the beta after v13.32.0-beta.8).
pollora-blocksskill: new section Inner Blocks:<InnerBlocks />(tag, options, wrapper, one list per block, what is saved, preview behaviour,$isPreview); the generatededit.jsx/saveare the runtimewindow.pollora.blocks— with a note that beta.8 and earlier generateServerSideRenderand() => null;--inner-blocksdescribed; the migration step uses the runtime'ssave.<InnerBlocks />.The skill used to say to preview with
ServerSideRender, which would steer an agent away from the new mechanism. No release in this PR: to tag with the next framework beta, so projects on beta.8 don't read about a feature they don't have.
