Should fix Azure CI (exclude symbols from build, include QML), fix CMakeLists.txt race condition due to windeployqt running before defining the QML (QtMultimediaQuick.dll not appearing unless you build -> build again), and have MacOS Azure builds cancel using the global button instead of having to cancel individually.
