This adds a summary reader for BDSP, necessary for:
There is a small, related tweak here to the Menu detector, which will need to be used for navigating to the summary screen. When you start a new game, the "New" label breaks the detector. This adds an optional tweak to make sure it still works in this case. Usage by existing programs is unchanged
