* change default PageSegMode to SINGLE_LINE. * update error message * update ocr_read() * replace USE_PADDLE_OCR checkbox with OCR_LIBRARY dropdown * update error messages * add OCR_WARNING static text * change default OCR back to Tesseract

Change default PSM to SingleLine. But BBQ uses SINGLE_BLOCK.
Default to Tesseract if requires multiline OCR.
USE_PADDLE_OCR is now a dropdown.
