This adds an extra button press to get through all dialogue when entering the Safari Zone for the German version of the game.
Rather than pass the language through, I've just added the extra button press for all languages. The amount of frames lost isn't tragic, and it probably makes it so that the program is no longer sensitive to it being your 1st Safari Zone visit (though I haven't tested it, so I'm leaving the instructions alone) for non-German games.
