Legendary Reset tested on Moltres, Deoxys, Ho-Oh, and Lugia.

Legendary Run Away tested on Ho-Oh and Lugia and only applies to those two. Will likely need adjustments to the walk/run values once the Switch ports are released (assuming we get access to them). The device I'm using is gets frame-y over time and is not very consistent.

Most of this was already done in the Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald programs, so these are really just updated versions of those programs. This is probably the it from me for now since the LGPE programs were last year and it is way too soon to be replaying Kanto. Unless we get Deoxys.

Rubber stamping these without really reviewing. We'll go through these again when the game launches anyway.
