Feature Request: Make all depends optional and let user install

Almost none of the users using compress needs to use all compressors, installing everything will slow down ci speed and waste disk spaces, since it's a breaking change you'd better think deeply and find one solution that better

Detailed reason:
Css minify can switch to lightningcss by vite.build.cssMinify: 'lightningcss'
Js minify can switch to teaser by vite.build.minify: 'terser'
image minify shouldn't exist on modern project since astro:assets provides Image and Pictures componment and tools to auto compress with breakpoints, also remove CLS
html minify is nessary even though htmlMifify is ture, because of classname extra spaces, css injected by integrations and so on cannot be processed by teaser (astro compress system only drawback)
svg minify should also support by astro:assets but I don't tried or used yet
json minify should? support by teaser?

So that I believe most user should only use html minifier and image minifier, others can make into optional since astro can do that very good though

Each compressor could be an optional peer/package with a small core orchestrator and named presets, rather than installing dependencies dynamically at runtime. Configuration validation should report exactly which package is missing for an enabled stage and how to install it, while disabled stages import nothing. A migration preset matching today's all-in-one behavior would reduce breakage, and CI can test minimal HTML-only, image-only, and full installations to keep optional boundaries honest.
