Version and changelog follow-up for merged PR26. Rejects unsupported/empty local input and mixed JSONL evidence loss. Separate clean wheel and sdist installs with public pisama-core1.10.3 passed pip check and malformed-input/native/ATIF CLI smoke checks. This release does not fix separately versioned core detector false positives or establish customer-level accuracy. No package publication is triggered by this PR; release workflow artifact checks remain required.
