Refresh the README with a launch video, the planner and the helper - #49

Adds a 20-second launch video with its poster, feature cells and screenshots for the sample size planner and the Where to? helper, and the accessibility check. Lesson numbers in the helper drop the leading zero (Lesson 4-2, not 04-2).
The sidebar, top bar and home banner now show the same blue bell curve icon as the favicon and home-screen icon, and so does the launch video.

Before: the README did not mention the sample size planner, the Where to? helper or the accessibility checks, and had no short video. The helper showed lesson numbers like "Lesson 04-2".
After: a 20-second launch video (poster in "See it in action", plus a badge at the top), three new feature cells, two new screenshots, and an accessibility line under "Built to be trusted". Credits, the textbook reference and the licence are unchanged. The helper now shows "Lesson 4-2".
How: the video and screenshots were captured from the real site running R in a local browser.
