Adds a checkbox for enabling web search for OpenAI LLM provider (like Gemini). https://developers.openai.com/api/docs/guides/tools-web-search

There should be only a single web search property that is shared across providers, since there can only be one at a time at the moment. Next commit will migrate the existing Gemini setting to apply cross-provider where able. |
