Summary
Update release-note and bundle-version assertions for 0.1.2 (build 3). Use a 1 KB upload fixture in HTTP status tests instead of allocating the production 100 MB body inside a 100 ms window; production defaults are unchanged.
Verification
macOS 26, Apple Silicon. Release-note checks: 15 passed. Speed-test checks: 37 passed; reverting the fixture size fails both new body-size checks. Full
