Prepare kururu 0.1.2 with project-specific Developer ID signing, Apple notarization and verified in-app updates from PathGao/kururu. Both READMEs remove the unsigned-release warning.
The protected release workflow can run directly from GitHub Actions on main. It validates the requested version and source, signs and notarizes the app and DMG, and only then creates and publishes an immutable release. Builds select the project certificate by fingerprint rather than the shared Apple display name.
Validation: 12,588 core checks, 393 upstream regressions and all supplemental tests pass. The 0.1.2 release build, strict signature verification, exact certificate match and app selftest pass. Live notarization awaits the account credential.
