[Request] Sample mp4 files with frame metadata track

Somewhat linked to #2, I would be interested in testing the inclusion of a metadata track in the mp4. As such, I wanted to start with you test code:

However, I do not have access to a valid mp4 with embedded metadata at the moment. I looked in this repository as well as related ones (and did some web search)

but couldn't find a suitable file.

Would it be possible to provide a valid example?
