Editing program for hlm2_localization.bin file for Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number (PC, 2015)

Requires .NET 8.0

Download

Usage:

• Unpack in any folder and run
• Extract hlm2_localization.bin from game's files via HLMWADExplorer
• Go to File > Open to open hlm2_localization.bin file
• Double click or press F2 to edit text (You cannot edit String IDs!)
• Import or Export all text or English/Russian strings.
• Go to File > Save/Save as... to save the file
