Description
Bumps this library's deployment target to iOS 15, and removes dead code from older iOS versions, now unsupported.

Type of changes
BREAKING CHANGE: Any consumer on lower deployment targets than iOS 15 will need to bump their deployment target to iOS 15.
No impacts on Capacitor / MABS because these already have iOS 15 or higher, but can impact any other consumer that uses this library.
