Release prep for v0.6.0-preview.2 — a bugfix release. Bumps <Version> and fills the CHANGELOG. No source/test changes.

Fixes (from #53): Coinbase public market data was returning 401 without credentials (it hit authenticated Advanced Trade endpoints); repointed to the public /api/v3/brokerage/market/... endpoints. Also hardens all exchanges' integration smoke probes so real API errors fail the run instead of self-skipping.

After merge, tag v0.6.0-preview.2 to trigger release.yml (packs the .slnx, publishes all 11 packages to NuGet, creates the GitHub release).
